The Red Devil 5500 has a high speed motor to ensure timely mixing. If need be this mixer has the ability to mix both quart and 1 gallon containers. There is a door interlock that automatically stops the mixer when the door is open. Another feature is that the container returns to a nearly upright position at the end of a mixing cycle for easy loading and unloading.
